At StrideLinen, we take pride in creating refined linen pants designed for comfort, movement, and effortless style. Most of our pieces are made-to-order to ensure thoughtful craftsmanship tailored to each customer — and because of this, we have a specific return policy in place.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be returned with proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt)
Note: Any item that is customized or made-to-order is non-returnable.
Made-to-Order Policy
As most StrideLinen products are crafted individually per order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Items that have been worn, altered, or washed
- Any personalized or tailored orders
We encourage customers to consult our size guide or contact our support team before purchasing.
Return Shipping Costs
- All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- StrideLinen is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@twoskyretail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order garments
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Used, altered, or washed items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
